My name is Shameka Owens, and I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while fostering clarity and deeper self-awareness. I am deeply committed to supporting the mental well-being of others and facilitating their growth throughout their mental health journey. I am eager to work with individuals in both the local community and beyond, and it would be a privilege to support you through everyday challenges, life transitions, relationship issues, and other adversities you may face. My sessions primarily focus on supporting adults dealing with common life challenges, mood concerns, relationship difficulties, and those facing adversities. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood. Together, we will work toward your goals at a pace that respects your unique situation.
